Privacy Policy for Ruperra Castle Preservation Trust.
 
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
“The EU’s new privacy law, aims to bring order to a patchwork of privacy rules across the EU. It is a regulation, not a directive, and therefore it has binding legal force and will be immediately enforceable as law in all EU member states on May 25, 2018."
 
As a result, in order to send you information, Ruperra Castle Preservation Trust needs your consent to use the data which you have provided and which will be kept securely by the membership secretary Charlotte Rogers: ruperracastlepreservationtrust@gmail.com
It will be supplied as required only to other committee members (Trustees) for distribution of information as below.

1. Restricted to the relevant “committee officer” to know the name of the member and to check their payment of current membership, records of Gift Aid and of standing orders.
2. To communicate with members by a) email  b) post  c) telephone  d) text  e) Facebook
3. To send out information regarding a) membership  b) Ruperra Castle  c) Trust events.
4. To enable requests for members’ opinions if required on our progress, or the suitability and advertising of events.

Trustees will not

1. Pass on data to other organisations,
2. Research data on members, relating to personal matters.
3. Send out marketing material except for information about visits or events.
